Hours has been issued a final warning for being idle. He hasn't logged in, in a whole month at this point. Failure to at least provide some form of contact to us will result in his removal one week from today.

Akito has disappeared for three weeks with no contact and has received three warnings as of now. This is the second time he has done this during this quad.

I think it is time to list his character as a flake and remove him.

Warning issued to Maximilian IV for failing to post in the last two weeks. There's no post in the tracker and the player hasn't responded in the group chat for quite some time, nor has he logged on for quite some time now.

Titus has flaked. It's been a month since he has posted and I sent a warning to his Character last week. He has not contacted me and has nothing in the tracker. I am moving his character to archive. Please add "flaked" status to his account.

Likewise is true of his "Okubo Hiroki" player account. Both have been listed as flaked in his ledger, and AAPS' and H4H's forum headers updated. Both characters have been archived due to insufficient EP, and the accounts deleted.

Marcus of the Templar has flaked, it has been 64 days since his last visit, and 54 days since he was supposed to return from the tracker. He has 2 warnings, and has not responded to any manner of communication. His PP ledger has enough to stick his character into the inactive storage.

Barric Darkwind (H4H) and Kai McCoy (Roughnecks) have both stopped posting since September. They've got one open inactive slot and enough PP for a second one. They went in the tracker for TDY with a return date of September 9th.

I dunno how long it's actually been- I was out most of the time since holiday slowdown, but I am putting in a warning on Esra Fallows in the Templar. No posts this year, didn't see anything in the tracker other than in November- but things come up and nobody thinks to post in the tracker during holidays.

I'm sending a PM and issuing a board warning today, to see if that gets a rise out of the player.

I recommend spending this players PP on inactive slots for this character and Presence, as this one seems to be (1) an active patron, (2) has E.P. in the ledger to cover the expense, (3) disappeared during the holiday limbo, and (4) previously mentioned seasonal affective disorder in a November tracker post.

As far as I can tell, and that is with talking to him today, that this information is false or a few months old. He is still active on the site.

Mervin Meyers hasn't been on the site since March 12th and has failed to reply to any attempted communications from myself or my AGM, The Apothecary.

At this point, I am labeling him a flake from AAPS; player is a patron with only one PC so does get the PP inactive. I am simply nixing the small adventure I had started for him and moving his CS to inactive/PP hold subforum.
